Subject: FLASH: My problem or Bug?

In the last several days, I have noticed several requests for site chacks
that are coming up black screens on my machine Win98 IE4. Thought it was me
so I went back and loaded my page it loaded fine. I deleted my temporary
internet files and now it won't load either. Anyone seen this or have a clue
what to do to solve?
