I don't like to be critical of honest effort but I have to agree w/ Noel.
My suggestions:
1)drop the current sound effects -they are too cheesy for a commercial website.
2)there is too much time wasted waiting for the button interface to come on
screen.
(the best flash stuff I've seen doesn't call attention to itself. it subtlety
enhances the
(the content of the site while resisting the "look at my effect in awe"
impulse we get caught in occasionally)
3)the rainbow-ish colored square type objects are incorrectly tweened in places-
I.E. they jump.
I would toss them as they don't appear to have any purpose other than looks.
4)The gradient rectangles on the "vision w/out action" section should be tossed
out. A better
canvas for the quotes should be developed.

Dear Jeff,

There are some nice technical ideas in it, but I am sorry to say that I
find the graphics, mainly the surfaces with the fade effect, terrible.

I suggest, if one can't make good graphics, keep it simple. It looks
much better.
