Other than the resource fork and transfer problems FLA files will work
on both the Mac and PC.

Unlike the SWF files the FLA files do not include font shapes, so all
computers doing authoring should have the same exact font files. This is
a particular problem working between Macs and PCs.

Suggestions.
1) Try to install the same fonts with the eact same names on all
computers working on a project.
2) if 1 is not possible then have only O/S change determine and change
font names (either on the Mac or on the PC).
3) have primary send an swf file along with the FLA the secondary O/S
team can see how the fonts look.
