FLASH: Text Fields Help

I'm not sure if this has been discussed before. 

I have six text fields for Name, Address, City, State, Zip and email.

I also have a send button. How can I link the information in the text fields to be sent when 

you push the send now button?? I want to send in through email?? Is this possible??
