Hi,
Here is the problem. I'm using Flash 3 .swf , placed as external casts, in
Director 7.02 . After I turn this into a Projector.exe and transfer it to
another computer, the .exe opens and runs until it encounters a .swf, then
opens a dialog box which asks if the hard coded path from the original
computer is correct (i.e. E:\folder\file.swf).
Of course it is not, and the .swf does not play, greatly disappointing me.
I assume that I need for the .exe to see the path to the .swf as a relative
path. Any clues on how to do this? I've heard that it can done by using
Lingo to clip the path with code, but this seems excessive.
Thanks.
