FLASH: transparency & colour matching

We're currently working on an intranet site to be run solely on IE4 and 5 -

our problem is that we can't get the background color (determined using a

jpg from adobe photoshop) and the flash header.


we've tried setting transparent and non-transparent and it made no diff -

does anyone know of any colour issues between photoshop and flash? ie

slightly different RGB handling ? or a work around?
