Hi Matt,
Scenes can be very helpful in the development stage of a project but it
is best to convert your scenes to Movie clips when you are ready to
publish. If you really must use scenes, then you really need to have all
your "go to frame" actions changed to "go to label"
actions. This is because a Flash swf file does not recognized scenes at
all. It converts all scenes to one timeline with no scene breaks. And
even with following this advice scenes still can present problems.
Did you try converting your variable names to start with letters and
not numbers? Did it help?
