FLASH: Music Import files TOO LARGE

Hi all,


I am running into 2 problems here.  I am trying to import files 

originally created as midi files, with about 4 to 10k file sizes.  To get 

them into Flash {Mac}  I have to make the aiff files, {I tried sound only 

QT mov files but they don't seem to work}


But once converted by Sound Jam [e.g.] these aiff files are 4 to 28 

megs!!!!


They are so large they don't import well and Flash gets errors.  The 

sounds are maybe 30 seconds of play time. I am trying to get a background 

music. 


There has got to be a better way!
