I'm assuming you're talking about the symbol for a registered trademark, as that is how that symbol appears on my PC.
Depending on the font you're using, you can hold down the ALT key and type 174 on the numeric keypad.
There's an unheralded utility called "Character Map" that's not part of the default Windows installation but on the Windows CD. To install this utility, use the Add/Remove Programs control panel, select Windows Setup, and choose the Accessories tab. You can then see what special characters are available for each font installed on your computer. You can also use Character Map to copy and paste special characters into Flash.
