FLASH: Drop Frame Actions?

Hi,


I know that when you stream audio, Flash will drop whatever frames are

necessary in order to keep up with the audio. My question is... If Flash 

drops frames that contain frame actions, are those frame actions still 

executed, or dropped along with the visual part of the frame?
