			Athlete Direct (AD) is the leading online-based

sports media 

			company responsible for producing exclusive online

sites for over 

			100 professional athletes.   AD is a fast-paced,

energetic company 

			based in Los Angeles heading into its fourth year of

operations.

			We are seeking people with entrepreneurial drive,

creativity, and a 

			passion for online/Web media.

			

			The New Media team is responsible for adding

interactive and

			entertaining elements to the athletes' websites.

Past projects have

			included Flash site intros, animated cartoons,

interviews in the

			athletes' homes and a 3D streaming talkshow.

			

			POSITION

			

			Flash Animator

			

			RESPONSIBILITIES

			* Design and produce Flash animations for athlete

websites on a weekly basis

			* Create unique animated intros to original shows

and games

			* Integrate Generator for up-to-the-minute and

personalized Flash content

			

			REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

			* Thorough understanding of Flash 4

			* Experience using Director to enhance Flash

interactivity

			* Strong illustration and visual composition skills

			* Good organizational skills and the ability to work

well under strict deadlines

			* Ability to work in a creative, team-oriented

environment.

			 

			DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

			* Experience with Generator

			* Experience with Flash/Quicktime Integration

			* 2 years experience creating animation for the web
