FLASH: Aspect Ratio

Hello All,


     I like the idea of flash movies filling the entire browser, but I 

don't like the distortion I get when I set the Flash movie to take up 

100% in width and height. 

     Is there a way to have the movie be as large as possible in the 

browser, without distorting its dimensions?
