FLASH: menu

Hi,

I wonder wich is the better way to create a menu that works as the ones in 

windows (I am thinking, for example, to "file manager").

More precisely I would like to create a menu with submenu that appear when 

you click on a certain symbol (in the previous example it was the symbol 

"+").
