FLASH: User defined functions

Hello all,

	I'm new to flash and I'm having trouble finding out if its possible to

write your functions/methods in flash. Can anyone point me in the right

direction. I can see that it might be possible to call a user defined

JavaScript function, though would prefer to have them defined in flash for

use in a standalone exe.
