FLASH: OT 3d Studio Max spinner? OT

Hey All,


I was wondering if one of the Studio Max Guru's might be able to help me 

out.  I'm doing a tutorial on some modeling in max and I'm extruding two 

faces and it sayss to extrude while hold your mouse down over the spinner.  

Reverse the spinner back to 0 without releasing the mouse.  ???  Any idea 

what they're talking about?  I have no idea what the "spinner" is.  And i 

checked the help files for it and nothing is said...any help would be much 

appreaciated....
