FLASH: Flash within flash

I thought this might be the quickest way to find out.


I want to know if/how to load and play flash animations within a flash

interface.


e.g. the interface could be a TV and I use it to select channels, then

it loads and plays the separate flash animations.


If somebody could point me in the right direction that would be great,

like a tutorial of something.
