Brian, I had this happen a couple of times and had to re-install the
drivers. Then it works ok for awhile. Also I get the little "short-cut
buttons" instead of a cursor, when I'm over any text. That also goes away
with a re-install of Wacom drivers, but comes back first time I use the pen
again, and is very frustrating. I only see the offset in Flash with the
brush tool, but the "short-cut buttons" is in all programs.
I too, have most current drivers and no change of resolution helps these
problems.

When I use the paintbrush with a WACOM tablet, the actual painted image
onscreen is offset considerably from where the cursor is; this does not
happen with any other FLASH tool (so far), nor with a mouse.
