Here's a list of doiferences between Flash 3 / that was posted a few weeks
ago (thanks John Croteau once again from all of us :])

And also Open the WAV using the Windows Sound Recorder and change its
compression from Microsoft ADPCM to PCM (under File > Properties). We use
our own sound compression on audio files, so we cannot import compressed
audio files. (thanks to Brad Bechtel of macromedia for that post)

1) No ActionScript
No Variables
No If
No Loop
No Call
No Expressions
No ActionScript Plug & Play
2) No Properties of Movie Clips
3) No Drag and Drop - There is a limited version that can be done in F3
but it is not easy without the Drag feature.
4) No Duplicate (Remove) Movie Clip
5) No Load into Target
6) No Load Variables
7) No Send Variables option - though you can add manually
8) No Text Field Text - Thus no Forms
9) No _sans, _serif or _typewriter text
10) No MPEG sound
11) No QuickTime 4 creation
12) No Key Press
