Put the sound in a movieclip that pauses and restarts the main time line.

And you only have to mail the the same question once...

Is there any way to make the main timeline WAIT until a sound has
finished before it advances on? i.e.. r is there any option for allowing
a sound in a layer to finish before the movie continue to the next
frame?
