Title: RE: FLASH: Bevel & Emboss
its just a matter of playing with the fill gradients unfortunately. I do not know of any plug ins that do it.
Just have to create a heap of layers and fills until you get it lookin right.

Subject: FLASH: Bevel & Emboss
Anyone have any tips they've found along the way to create beveled or
embossed objects? Simple things such as squares, rectangles, and
circles I have been able to bevel easily. But when I get to the
irregular curved objects is when it gives me troubles. Here is a bitmap
version I did in Photoshop as a reference for myself to convert to
vectors.

(the server can be slow, give it a second)
Anyone have any tips here for me to try? Or tutorials perhaps? I've
tried the Trace Bitmap option in Flash, but none of the results I
achieved were really what I was hoping for. I also tried the Emboss
xtra tool in Freehand 8, but it merely strokes my shapes many times.
Thanks in advance,
