You haven't successfully installed it if it still says Flash 3.0r18.  Check the location where you installed the plugin.  If you're using Windows 98, the default location for npswf32.dll would probably be c:\program files\netscape\communicator\program\plugins.  Do a search on your computer for npswf32.dll and see how many copies you have.  Then choose the proper version (right click on the file to get its version number) and put it in the proper place (in the plugins folder below the netscape.exe program).
