I think the client's point here is the HTML page calling the .cab file on
the MM site as part of the code the page will have to read. I don't know
how this affects the load time, but I do see his concern. Does the .cab
file have to come across to the client machine & get uncompressed to handle
the Flash content? He is trying to say that the load time/size should
include the .cab file as well as the .swf file. I don't think he is trying
to say the .swf file itself is bigger....
