Hi Dan,
I'm sure the information I'm giving now is not the correct way to do it and
there must be a faster way.
But it might help you out for the moment.
It's best to work with a 3D program you are most familiar with, I myself use
3Studio.
I create the 3D object and animate it, and then export it as an AVi file
import this in Flash and put every frame on a new keyframe and then trace
the objects in every frame.
Thats my 2cents worth (take it as it is ;-)
