FLASH: 3D Objects.......?

Hi all,


I want to get a 3D object into FLASH4.


Does anyone know what 3D program would be best to use and how I will get it

in.

I guess it will need to be exported as a bitmap sequence, can I get it in as

an "swf" file?


I basically want to end up with a MovieClip thats a 3D object rotating.
