Hi Tom.  It is funny you should ask, as I just had to figure this out today,

and yes it works.  I am loading movie with a button action on the main

timeline into a MC with the instance name of "screen"... with the following

command:


Load Movie ("gridtrailer.swf", "screen")


At the end of that movie (gridtrailer.swf) I have a frame action as follows:


Load Movie ("control.swf", "../../screen")


which loads "control.swf" movie into the same movie clip, replacing

"gridtrailer.swf" when it is done.
