* open your QT movie and click on "get info"
* Goto the movie track and find the frame rate for your movie
* then find the duration of your movie under "general" of the video
track

So now, times these together (eg. lets say 5 frames a second for a 60 second
movie = 300 frames for your Flash movie).

Simple.
