Subject: | FLASH: duplicating movie clips |

I'm confused about where duplicated movie clips exist on the timeline.
On the main timeline I have a button, and movie clip called Info. Info has
two labels; Park, which displays some text, and Play, which has a movie clip
named Event. If there is more than one event to be displayed, the
actionscript at Play will duplicate the MC Event as many times as necessary.
When I roll over the button, it TT's Info to Goto Play, and I see the
contents of Event. When I roll off the button, it TT's Info to Goto Park,
and the contents of Event disappear because Event doesn't exist at the label
Park.
When I roll over the button and there is more than one event, I see multiple
copies of the MC event. BUT, when I roll off the button, only the original
MC event disappears, and the duplicate copies of Event stay on the stage.
Shouldn't these duplicate copies go away? Don't they also exist in the
keyframe where they were created, and then cease to exist if you go to a new
keyframe?
