Your looking for actual sound libraries... I'd check
sites like http://www.soundsonline.com or just pick up
any musician type magazine (electronic musician,
keyboard, etc) and check the ads.

If you are looking for a particular group of sounds or
want something tailored to your needs, I can produce
CDs for you.

If you want a cd of techno loops and voice overs of
special sayings that you define, you got it! Whatever
- made "fresh" just for you. :)

Listen to my online broadcast once and while to get a
feel for what I can produce. I do live mixes, sounds
effects, voice work, etc every so often at:
