hi all

just a note to let you know there are a couple of new things on my site:


1) webdesign 101

i'm teaching a 7 week course in web design this fall at sheridan college,

(just outside of toronto, canada) and have posted my notes and exercises for

student consumption. the course includes 2 weeks of flash, but the notes are

heavily weighted towards html (i'm doing hands-on instruction for flash based

on the tutorials in the product, so i don't use notes). the target audience

is designers with no web authoring experience.


2) m&s canadian encyclopedia 2000

sample content from the interactive portion of mcclelland & stewart's annual

encyclopedia cdrom. i used flash 3 embedded in director for most of the

project.
