I havent tried them because I use a Macintosh.

I was looking to not have to buy another solution.
MP3 compression is included in Flash, so, maybe,
we don't need to get another software. Especially
considering how good flash MP3 sounds.

But it seems there's no way to make an MP3 file
out of a .fla or .swf file.
