don't forget that, depending on the age of the tv on which it will be

viewed, you can lose up to 10% around the edges to the curve of the tv

screen- for output to vhs we try and keep any text  20%  in from the edge

and figure on the safespot for action to be 628x456 at center screen (that's

a 5% border)
