What do you want to know? I'm no expert, but have some experience. I've
been exporting quicktime from final cut pro (mac), importing into flash4,
adding flash-stuff, and then exporting back to quicktime. Works like a
dream, except you have to really reduce the video quality to get reasonable
modem speed size files. (Of course, I wish we could export .swf files with
embedded quicktime, but maybe some day...)
