I'm not sure of the question... there's a statement that some complex
scripting is acting differently when exported to SWF4.
Yes, there's much less scripting available in SWF4. And yes, the F5
authoring environment converts to that material. But no, sorry, I can't
tell what's different there.
The one-or-all tests can help though... you can test that your program is
functioning normally by taking some new very simple test files of
individual commands, and confirm that these work for you as expected on
that end. The next step would be to combine these commands into specific
functions, and test that each does as you expect. Then you can assembled
groups of your complex functions together until you find where the
difference occurs.
Of course it's faster to test in your target environment as you go along,
rather than when you're "finished". In this case it might even be simpler
to just specify the F5 Player, because we should be close to three million
fresh installs each and every day now.
