You mean within HTML?
you have to make some changes in the body tag:
<BODY bgcolor="#000000" leftmargin=0 topmargin=0 marginheight=0
marginwidth=0 scroll=auto>
but doon't forget, the window has to be in the exact size of the flash
movie!
