Subject: | FLASH: Using Illustrator to export as .swf |

Can someone tell me what the benefit of exporting as a swf out of Illustrator is. Is there some way to be able to import swf's and make them editable or use them within a flash movie? If not I'm not really seeing the benefit of the plug to export as swf. Or would it just be good to design a layout of a page and just set that as a level and have it load and unload all the other elements of the site?
