I reason you would have to definitely place each instance on its own
layer

Hi !

I have some text as a symbol & on a single layer in a
single frame I am placing multiple instances of it.
I want to tween all instances over a few frames( as if text
it moving from top to bottom & vice versa) ....but it
appears to tween only one instance of it.
Can't I tween multiple instances this way?
If not what is the best way to do it.
Do I have to put each instance on a separate layer.
