FLASH: universal translators

has anybody had any success creating a universal translator as part of a

flash

swf file?. I have been able to implement a Java Com Object that does this

with

ASP on a "traditional" web page but have not seen anything that does this

using

flash. I asked this question a few months ago and got no response. The

potential

loss of international viewers by far outweighs the number of English reading

folks

who are using the Mac OS and WebTV
