Thanks for all the feedback I've been getting!  I will check out some of the 

pages suggested.  Btw, I guess the default sound in Flash4 can be set to 

Flash3 for uploading?  Thanks again...newbie...Kathi

PS...Being a very patient dance instructor for students with 2 left feet, 

maybe fate will pay me back now ???    Thanks for being patient!
