FLASH: Intelligent mouse cursors

Hi there.


Ok I've asked this before but anyway.


I need a tutorial or an FLA etc. for an intelligent mouse cursor.


Move the cursor left it points left, right...points right, up, down etc.


the way I figured on doing this was with a script along these lines (I know

the syntax etc. is not right and I know it wont work...but hey it gives you

the gist of what I'm trying to do and how I'm trying to achieve it).


let a=0

@ timer a get properties xpos, ypos

set xpos ="posx"

set ypos ="posy"

if @ timer a +1 mouse posx (function <>+ etc) posx

then set properties of variable cursor 90 degrees......


etc. etc.


Someone please help me realise this one.....
