There is nothing I can tell from the SWF file.

Give me a brief explanation of what is suppoesed to happen and then

upload a zipped version of your FLA and let me know where it is.

I'll take a look at it and see what the problem is. Though we have dzens

of these in use already there may be something I overlooked.
