Sorry, but I'm new to this and I'm curious what you are referring to that
they did wrong. I ran into no problems on this site and if I'm going to be
setting up a server here I'd like to do it properly.

Sheesh, although what I saw looked cool, they don't even have the mime
type set right for flash on the server. It completely hung on the
preloader (the "unloader", which is a cute idea) and never did do the
mouseovers you describe above. Clever designers, not so clever network
people. Sorry to rant -- doesn't help you much with your question, but
it seems that people doing a commercial site like that should at least
know enough to make sure their server is set up right...
