Of course there is.

Make a new blank movie.
Drag it onto the main timeline
Give it a name.
On the keyframe specify the Load Movie command and
make sure Target is picked in Location.
Make sure the Target's name = blank movie name.

That's it. Where ever you position the blank movie,
that's where the loaded movie will appear.

Just be careful. The loaded movie takes on the
properties of the blank movie, so if you want to
control it, you have to refer to the blank movie's
name. Also if you do a Tell target from the loaded
movie be very very careful.

the new movie's center will load at point 0,0 of the
blank movie, so you'll have to play around a bit with
the positioning.
