You need to have two pictures, one of the car, and one

of the interior.  Position them exactly one on top of

the other, with the interior on a layer above the car

(not below).


When you click on the circle, you use the drag option

to drag a circle, and make that circle a mask for the

interior.


That's it.  Very simple.
