You can also make a movie clip that contains a tween of the item whose color
you want to change and have the only tween change be the color effect. To
get the entire rainbow would require several sequential tweens. Then you
have a controller mc move to a frame in the tweened range of colors. Depends
on how much control of the color you need and what kind of range.
