If you use Load Variables("xxx.cgi or whatever"...) then the Flash movie
will send whatever variables are on the current timeline to that program
and keep executing. Usually the next thing in flash is a 2-frame loop
that checks to make sure all variables have been passed back, but you
could put something else into that loop too (as long as it didn't depend
on the variables having been passed back) to make it look like it wasn't
stopped.
