One way would be to pass it in the object and embed tags. You'd have to
put a goto and play(start) at the beginning of your movie though, since
this won't automatically send it to frame 5 (it just passes the start
frame number as a variable):
<OBJECT ...>
<PARAM name="thismovie" VALUE="thismovie.swf?start=5">
<EMBED SRC="thismovie.swf?start=5"
...>
</EMBED>
</OBJECT>
