It doesn't sound reasonable to me. Not only would you be losing all rights
and copyrights to the work, but you can't even use it in a portfolio or
admit or show in any way that you did the work. You should get a *lot* of
money for selling your copyrights, but even then I don't think I would do
this, without at least being able to have a portfolio piece. I'd find it
difficult to do my best work if I couldn't ever admit to any one in any way
that it was mine. It also sounds like the company wants to take your work
and use it and pass it off as their own and make very sure that noone ever
knows they didn't do it themselves, which seems kind of unethical and would
make me uncomfortable working with them, unless I just had to have the
money. In any case, they should pay you a lot.
