Well, there's no such thing as skew in 3D unless you code it yourself. The
reason I asked about the ability to skew is because to draw filled polygons
in Flash either you need the ability to distort a rectangle to any shape
(which I know you can't do) or you can do an extremely painful hack using
scaling rotation and skewing. But from the responses I've got you can't do
skewing in actionscripts, which means I am a lame duck on this front.
In Director, the skew() is simply another property of a sprite, eg
sprite(3).skew = angle.
Anyway, enough of Director before I get flamed :)
