We've been constantly plagued with bitmaps that look identical to original
in Flash, but gain a soft edge when exported as movie, even with smoothing
turned off, etc etc. I asked the list several times for suggestions but got
no response. In any event, here's one thing to try...
Apparently you can numerically size/position objects in .1 increments.
Check the position of your imported bitmap in the object inspector and see
if it falls on a round (integer) number. If not, try setting its position
to an integer number and see if that makes a difference. I don't know if
this will help, but it may be worth a shot...
