one last question please.
If you can set the position and layer as you know by using an object tag.
this was taken from dhtml zone.
<.object ID="SWFLASH"
classid="clsid:D27CDB6E-AE6D-11cf-96B8-444553540000"
codebase="http://active.macromedia.com/flash/cabs/swflash.cab"
WIDTH=200 HEIGHT=200>
<PARAM NAME=Movie VALUE=bouncingball.swf>
<./OBJECT>
now the swflash.cab contains swflash.inf to install the activex control
SwFlash.ocx and gets installed automatic just like the Flash player for ie
for windows.
so now looking in developer.com. under their plugin section it seems that
you could set the same modes, however netscape plugins do not download and
install automatic.
so isnt it possible to use the same or a variation of active x controls
to achieve z sorting of flash movies in netscape if it is written into the
plug-in for netscape?
